    Bright cluster of Ranunculus flowers in pinks, dusty rose, magentas and lavender, on a dark background for dramatic effect.  These "ladies" reminded me of a gathering together with close friends, sending together, and finding strength and beauty in one another.
 
Note: Larger paintings such as this, when purchased and shipped, are taken off the stretcher bars, and sent rolled up in a shipping tube.  This provides both cost effectiveness for the collector and protection for the painting while in transit.  Upon arrival, the painting can be brought to a framing shop, where they can easily put it back on the stretcher bars for a small fee.
