Hand painted porcelain Christmas ornament with my all time favorite Christmas flower: Paperwhites.  I plant these sweet flowers every year in pots and hurricane glass throughout my home every Christmas.  The delicate white petals and bright green stems, along with their fresh fragrance has become synonymous with Christmas for myself and my family.  So of course, I needed to include Paperwhites in my ornament collection!
    The ornament itself is made of a quality porcelain bulb in a tear drop shape, painted in acrylic with a UV protective satin varnish.  It is finished off with a camel colored velvet ribbon with lovely frayed edges.
